Ein Thema welches man nur am Rande mitbekommen hat, für mich jedoch ziemlich präsent war, ist mein Kampf mit den Kilos. Seit zwei Monaten habe ich mein Traumgewicht erreicht und es ist einfacher es zu halten, als erwartet, was wahrscheinlich daran leigt, dass ich nie eine Diät gehalten habe, sondern meinen Lifestyle einfach geändert habe.
Erstmals werde ich nun die Veränderung der letzten Jahre offenlegen und ehrlich gesagt, war ich selbst mehr als geschockt. Noch eine kleine Notiz: Ich bin 1.80cm groß, falls sich jemand über das Gewicht wundert ;)

It doesn't used to be a big topic on my blog but it was a huge one in my life, my fight against my weight. Since two months I'm now more than happy with my weight and it's easier to keep it than I've expected probabaly because I never made diet, I simply changed my whole lifestyle.
For the first time I created kind of a timeline to show you more obviously how I have changed and seriously I was shocked as well. Just a little notice: I'm 1.80m tall, so you are not irritaded because of the weight ;)

Ich habe mir eine Woche lang Blog-frei genommen. In dieser Woche hat sich mein Leben komplett verändert! Ich habe meinen Job gekündigt, eine sehr gute Freundin ist aus Australien zurück gekommen, ich habe mich an der Uni eingeschrieben und morgen kehre ich zu meinem alten Job zurück. In Anbetracht dieser Umstände finde ich, kann man mir ruhig verzeihen.

I took a week off my blog. During this wee my whole life has changed! I've quit my job, one of my best friends has came back from australia, i got into uni and tomorrow I'll start again at my old job. Looking back I think it's pretty easy to excuse myself.

GERMANY

Zur Zeit ist die Europameisterschaft und wie immer genieße ich jeden AUgenblick. Ich finde es faszinierend, dass alle über Fußball reden, an jeder Ecke Fahnen hängen und fremde Leute zusammen kommen, um sich die Spiele anzugucken und die Teams anzufeuern. Ich möchte natürlich das Deutschland gewinnt, was wir selbstverständlich werden!!! :D

Currently the European soccer championship is on and I enjoy as always every minute of it. It's just magical how everybody talks only about soccer, there are flags everywhere and a bunch of random people get together to watch the games. Of course, I want Germany to win, well we're going to win!! :D

back from paradise

Ich kam gestern mit 5 Stunden Verspätung in Frankfurt an. Dank einer Notlandung in Kanada wegen einer kranken Passagierin, meinem Koffer, der auf dem falschen Band landete und meiner Eltern die total verpasst haben mich abzuholen, musste ich sofort zu Hause in ein Kleidchen hüpfen und direkt zum großen Familienessen fahren. Zum Glück hatte ich bei American Eagle dieses Schmuckstück für nur 50$ ergattert und musste von daher überhaupt nicht lange suchen. Heute sitze ich mit Jet Lag bereits wieder in der Agentur und überlege, ob ich ich heute wirklich wieder zum Sport quäle...

I arrived yesterday with a delay of 5 hours in Frankfurt. Thanks to a forced landing because of another sick passenger in Canada, my lost suitcase and my parents who have forgotten to pick me up I had to switch into a dress immediately when I got home to enter a big family dinner. Thankfully I got this adorable on at American Eagle for only 50$. Today I'm already back at the office with a huge Jet-Lag thinking about if I really do wanna go to the gym tonight...

what happened this week

Diese Woche war ed definitiv ruhiger auf meinem Blog, doch es gibt zahlreiche Gründe dafür!
Es wurde die Heimwerker-Ader ausgelebt in Form einer neuen Regals und eines neuen Nachttisches. Außerdem wurden neue Polstermöbel für das Wohnzimmer bestellt, doch die Lieferung dauert noch etwas.

It was pretty quiet this week on my blog but there are several reasons for that!
I got a new shelve and a new table besides my bed as well a new couch for the living room which will be delivered in a few weeks.


Diese Schuhe wurden im Vorbeigehen gekauft. Perfekt für die Arbeit im Frühling und die Farbe ist ultra leicht zu kombinieren.

I bought this shoes while just passing the shop. They are perfect for work in spring and because of the colour very easy to combine.

Überraschend fand ich noch den längst ausverkauft geglaubten Haargummi bei H&M.

Suprisingly I found this Hairband at H&M eventhoug I thought it was sold out for a long time.
Und als ob die Woche nicht stressig genug war, plagt mich seit drei Tagen eine fiese Erkältung... Jedoch kann mir nichts meine Vorfreude auf das heute gekaufte Auto verderben, außer vielleicht die zwei Wochen die ich warten muss (oder die Panik einen Geländewagen zu fahren haha)

As if the week wasn't stressful enough I have a bad cold since three days... Anyways, nothing can ruin my pleasant anticipation about the new car, which was bought today maybe only the two weeks I have to wait (or my panic to drive a SUV haha)

HAPPY

Der Grund für mein seltenes bloggen in letzter Zeit ist ein massiver! Ernsthaft: MONSTRÖS! Ich werde meinen Job wechseln! Nicht nur das, auch werde ich dann in der Werbeagentur eine verkürzte Ausbildung machen. Ihr könnt gar nicht glauben, wie sehr ich mich freu und wie sehr ich möchte, dass die nächsten zwei Wochen endlich vorbei sind damit ich anfangen kann! Ich werde "geregelte" Arbeitszeiten haben, muss kein schwarz&weiß mehr tragen und habe ein Wochenende! Das Studium wurde vorerst einmal hinten angestellt, weil ich mit Sicherheit nicht so schnell die Chance haben werde in SO einem Bertrieb zu lernen, Kontakte zu knüpfen und meine ersten ernsthaften Schritte im Berufsleben zu machen. Ich freu mich und feier morgen das Ganze gleich einmal morgen zu Jessie Rose!

The reason, why it was pretty quiet on my blog the last few weeks is a huge one! I'll start at a new job! I'm overwhelmed and I just can't believe it. Finally I'll be able to have a regular daily base, I don't have to wear only black&white anymore and I have a weekend! My plan to study at uni hast to wait because this is once-a-lifetim opportunity for me and I feel blessed to be chosen! All of these amazing news will be celebrated with Jessie Rose tomorrow!

review - Skinny Bitch

Ein Buch, welches ich schon lange lesen wollte und es hat doch tatsächlich es geschafft meine eigene Meinung zu spalten. Ich habe wirklich viel über schlechtes Essen gelernt, aber trotzdem kann (möchte) ich nicht vegan leben! Ich bewundere jeden der es schafft! Geändert hat sich trotzdem einiges:
- morgens gibt es einen fettarmen Latte und keine weiteren mehr
- Käse wird nur noch laktosefrei gekauft
- Brot gibts auch nur noch in der veganen Ausführung
- ich trinke nur noch Wasser und keine Light-Produkte mehr
Kaufempfehlung? Nur wenn man wirklich vorhat fortan vegan zu leben :)

A book which I really wanted to read for a long time and which has made it possible to cut my opinion into two pieces. I have learned honestly a lot about bad food but I sencerely can't (don' want) to live vegan! I admire persons who are strong enough to do so! But anyways some things have changed:
- I only have one fat-reduced latte in the morning and no more
- cheese only in non-lactose version
- I try to eat only vegan bread
- I only drink water from now on and no diet products anymore
Do I recommend it? Only if you are seriously interested in becoming a vegan :)

Ich bin aus Mailand zurück und ich muss zugeben, dass ich mich schon in die Stadt verliebt habe! Die Posts kommen dann nächste Woche oder besser gesagt nächstes Jahr... :) Ich werde den Abend mit meinen engsten Freunden verbringen und mein Outfit habe ich in letzter Minute spontan zusammengewürfelt.

I'm back from Milan and I've to admit that I totally fell in love with that city! The posts are coming up next week or let's say next year... :) I'm going to spend new years eve with some of my closest friends and my outfit is kind of a last minute choice.

Ich wurde dazu genötigt einen Weihnachtwunschzettel anzufertigen, nach zwei Wünschen wurde er aber lächerlich.. Ich liebe Weihnachten!
My parents made me to write a wishlist for christmas, after two points I started to be ridiculous... I love christmas!
Kontaktlinsen sind jetzt meine täglichen Begleiter!

10 days to go!

In nur 10 Tagen geht's für mich nach Australien! Ich werde dort drei Monate lang bleiben und natürlich werde ich auch dort weiterhin bloggen.

In only ten days I'm leaving to Austrailia! I'm gonna stay there for three months ans of course I'll keep on blogging.

the secret mission?

Gestern begleitete ich eine gute Freundin zu 'Germanys next Topmodel' Casting. Es war interessant zu sehen, welch ein falsches Selbstbild viele Menschen haben und schön ein paar neue Menschen kennenzulernen. Und für die Neugierigen unter euch, ja sie hat es geschafft!

Yesterday I was able to accompany a good friend of to the casting of 'Germanys next topmodel'. It was interesting to see what a huge selfconfidence some people do have and I've meet a few nice people. And for all those of you who are curious, yes she made it!

Seit einem Monat mach ich nun Pop Pilates und ich mehr als zufrieden! Es hilft wirklich und mit Cassey macht es sogar irgendwie Spaß. Sie ist die perfekte Trainerin und weiß es, einen zu motivieren. Das untere Workout mache ich jeden morgen und inzwischen ist es auch nicht mehr so anstrengend. Versucht es und ihr werdet es nicht bereuen ;)

I'm doing pop pilates since a months and I'm more than satisfied! It really works and with Cassey it's kind of fun. She's the perfect coach and knows how to motivate you. I'm doing this workout every morning and it isn't even too hard anymore. Try it and you won't regret it ;)
