- Käse wird nur noch laktosefrei gekauft
- Brot gibts auch nur noch in der veganen Ausführung
- ich trinke nur noch Wasser und keine Light-Produkte mehr
Kaufempfehlung? Nur wenn man wirklich vorhat fortan vegan zu leben :)
A book which I really wanted to read for a long time and which has made it possible to cut my opinion into two pieces. I have learned honestly a lot about bad food but I sencerely can't (don' want) to live vegan! I admire persons who are strong enough to do so! But anyways some things have changed:
- I only have one fat-reduced latte in the morning and no more
- cheese only in non-lactose version
- I try to eat only vegan bread
- I only drink water from now on and no diet products anymore
Do I recommend it? Only if you are seriously interested in becoming a vegan :)
