Vor ein paar Jahren habe ich das Kochen für mich entdeckt und mich gerne damit befasst. In Australien entdeckte ich dann das Backen für mich und diese Woche kam mit dem Geburtstag meine Mutter die parfekte Möglichkeit mein neu Gelerntes unter Beweis zu stellen und voilá, das Ergebniss! Eine Vanille-Schoko Torte der ich nur mit enormer Disziplin wiederstehen konnte... Definitiv nicht die letze diesen Monat (glücklicherweise steht Weihnachten sowie ein Kindergeburtstag vor der Tür!)... mein Stoffwechsel wirds mir hoffentlich verzeihen! Ach, und weil Papito auch von meinen neu entdeckten Künsten überzeugt wurde, gabs auch gleich noch ein paar neu eWerkzeuge :)While I was obsessed with cooking the last few years I developed a new one during my stay in Australia, BAKING! So my moms birthday this week was a perfect opportunity to try my new skills in Germany and voilá, the result! It's a choclat and vanilla cake and I have to admit it's delicious and it was pretty hard to resist. Defenitly not the last cake I made this month (thank god christmas and a kids birthday is coming up!), my metabolism will be thankfull! Because my dad was convinced as well, we went and bought some new tools for my new obsession :)
