wishlist florida

In knapp einem Monat geht es endlich nach Florida! Neben stundenlangem am Pool liegen, sich über amerikanisches TV freuen und alte Freunde und Verwandte treffen, habe ich selbstverständlich auch vor, mein Bankkonto etwas zu entlasten. Ich bin mir noch nicht sicher was ich UNBEDINGT kaufen möchte, aber natürlcih habe ich mir schon einige Gedanken gemacht. Außerdem will ich diesmal auch wirklich nur das nötigste mitnehmen (auf meinem Rückflug aus Australien hatte ich 41kg Schuhe und Klamotten!!), damit ich in Amerika umso mehr zuschlagen kann :)

In about a moth I'm heading finally over to Florida! Besides chilling hours at the pool, enjoying american tv and catch up with family and some old friend, I also plan to do some shopping to relieve my bank account. I'm still not totally sure what I REALLY want to buy but of course have thought about it. Also I really want to just pack only the things I really need (on my way back home from Australia I had 41kg of clothes and shoes!!!!) so I can buy even more in America :)

Seit langem bin ich auf der Suche nach einer leichten getönten Tagespflege mit Lichtschutzfaktor. Auf meiner Suche bin ich auf The Balm gestoßen und in meinen Fingern juckt es schon mir dieses Tübchen zu bestellen ... Hat jemand schon dieses Produkt ausprobiert oder eine andere Empfehlung aussprechen?

I am searching for a long time for a tinted moisturizer with SPF. During my search I found this one by The Balm and I'm pretty close to order it... Has anyone used it already or do you have any other suggetios?

Ich bin jetzt erstmal die nächsten Tage in den Niederlanden. Mein Auto muss unbedingt die tausender Marke erreichen, damit ich endlich schneller als 130 km/h fahren kann (das wohl nervigste an Neuwagen!). Zum bloggen werde ich leider nicht kommen, habe aber schon viele Ideen was dann auf euch zukommen wird :)

I will spend the next few days in the Netherlands. My car has to reach the 1000km's so I can drive faster than 130 km/h (probably the worst problem you have with new cars!). Unfortunately I'm not going to blog while I'm away but I have already a lot of ideas for afterward :)

the story of the levis vintage shorts

Seit langem wollte ich mir die Levis Vintage Shorts holen, aber leider gab es sie nie in M in einer schönen Farbe (oder auch nur ohne Loch hinten). Heute fand ich überraschend eine in der richtigen Größe, tja leider ist es nicht mehr meine richtige Größe. Mit einem breiten Grinsen ging es zur Verkäuferin um nach einer S (!!!!!) zu bitten! Manchmal zahlt sich Schweiß, Schmerz und Durchhaltevermögen einfach aus.

It has been a long time since I wanted to buy the vinatge Levis shorts but they have never been in stock in medium in a nice colour (or without a hole at the back). Today I was suprised when I saw the today but they were TOO BIG! So I ran to the sales assistant, asking with a huge smile for a smaller size. Sometimes sweat, pain and stamina pays off.

Nach langer, langer Suche hab ich mir endlich neue Sportschuhe zugelegt. Mich für neue zu entscheiden, hat sich als unglaublich schwierig herausgestellt. Im Endeffekt hab ich mich wieder für ein Modell von Adidas entschieden, da ich mit meinen letzten mehr als zufrieden war. Wenn es um Sportklamotten geht, zählt die Nike 'Dry-Fit' Reihe zu meinen Lieblingen.

After a really, really long search I finally found a new pair of sport shoes. To actually choose a pair turned out to be harder than expected. In the end, I picked a pair from adidas again because I was really satisfied with my last pair. If it comes to sportswear I prefer the Nike 'Dry-Fit' line.
